BXpanded Compact, Quick-On, Boom and Wand Sprayer

The Quick-on mount lets you get this sprayer on your Kubota BX tractor and ready to go in seconds. One pin mounting. No tools required. No bolts. No Drilling. No 3 point hitch required making it ideal for those who have backhoes or do not typically have the 3 point hitch installed.

The Product

The Quick-On mount lets you get this sprayer on your Kubota BX tractor and ready to go in seconds. One pin mounting. No tools required. No bolts. No Drilling. No tractor modifications.

Requires only your existing top link pin and clip for installation. (After one-time initial assembly)

No need to install or remove the clumsy 3 point hitch lift arms! The special mount works with or without the 3 point hitch lift arms installed.

Mounting system load tested to over 600 pounds.

Mount breaks down with one pin for shipping, easy storage or installation of the optional “Carryall”.

The sprayer boom sprays an 80 inch wide path. Uses 2 low mount, fan nozzles to reduce chemical drift and help protect nearby plants and flowers.

Mounting system preset to hold the spray boom at the correct height for an even application. No guess work or height adjustment required.

Breakaway boom mounts to help prevent damage to boom or spray nozzles.

Selector valves allow selection of boom, spray wand, or both.

The spray wand includes a 15 foot hose for spraying those hard to reach areas. The hose and wand store on the tank. The 150 PSI high pressure pump offers an impressive horizontal spray distance of 34 feet and a vertical spray distance of 24 feet.

Either boom or spray wand can be completely removed or installed in seconds with no tools required.

Compact and easy to maneuver. Lets you spray areas inaccessible by trailer mounted sprayers. Designed especially for homeowners and landscapers.

Like many other BXpanded products, it’s lightweight and compact enough to hang on your garage wall.

Includes a reliable NorthStar sprayer tank, 12 volt pump and spray wand with 15 foot hose. The high pressure pump is rated at 1.5 gallons per minute at 150 PSI and automatically shuts itself off at 150 psi. pressure. Includes filter and pressure regulator for ultimate control.

Remote pump switch is included with Velcro to attach in desired location.

26 gallon tank capacity.

All wear parts are readily available, most are available locally.

Calibration and use instructions are provided.

Boom is completely assembled, minor assembly is required to mount tank, install valve and connect hoses.

The optional Carryall attachment for the Quick-On mount replaces the sprayer using only one pin. It allows you to carry a variety of objects or materials. The carryall structure is strong square tubing, with an expanded metal platform edged with angle iron. The carryall platform is a generous 32” x 18” designed for the width of the BX series tractors. Tested to over 600 lbs. Working load rated at 300 lbs.

Note: The optional Carryall attachment requires the use of the Quick-On mount provided with the sprayer system.

Great addition for my New Kubota. The 3 point hitch version of this sprayer is easy to mount or dismount within a few minutes. Works perfectly. Covers a wide area and was perfectly calibrated out of the box. Puts my tractor to good use. Much better than towing a sprayer especially if you have lots of trees and other obstaclesto navigate around. This will save me lots of money using liquid fertilizer, saves my back and saves lots of time maintaing our 3 acre lawn. Effectively pays for itself over time. Great company to deal with and excellent shipping with tracking to my door. Looking to buy more items from Bxpanded.

I am VERY pleased with this sprayer. I used it routinely this past season in my orchard to spray compost tea on my fruit trees, raspberries, blueberries plus our veggie and flower gardens. The sprayer never clogged or failed and easily hit the top of the 16' trees while I sat n the tractor. Goes on and off the tractor literally in seconds and has proven easy to clean. I do not use the ground sprayer bar tho' it seemed to work well when I did the initial calibration. Very pleased to add this to my collection of BXpanded accessories.

Great Company

I made a purchase of a sprayer for the back of my tractor, received it and all was great! Put it all together and noticed what I thought was something missing. After leaving a jumbled message on their answering machine with only my name, I found my wife had put the part I needed somewhere else and I found it put in on and was done with the sprayer. My phone rang it was BXpanded checking if all was good!!!! I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! GREAT COMPANY, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
