Back Hoe Ripper Kubota B, LX, L Series Backhoes

I bought the back hoe quick attach with the ripper. In 2014 we had a bad wind that knocked down a lot of trees in my yard. What a mess. 12+ trees from 4-40 inches across butt. I did not rip that 40 incher but the rest are all cleaned up finally by 2016, when I bought the RIPPER. You can drive this thing in the ground and rip the crap out of the roots. I moved tractor prob 3 times at the most for each stump depending on size. Most just twice and out it came. It also makes a lot less mess to the ground around the stump. I also bought the piranha bucket blade. I'm absolutely impressed and 110% happy with the purchase and BXpanded quality parts.

Wow! I have been working on digging out some stumps with the 12" bucket that came with my backhoe. It was taking a long time and I had to re-position quite a bit to get access. I installed the ripper and now the stumps are coming out with far less effort and time. You can easily rip out clumps by ripping between the tree stumps - You can't do that with a bucket! The ripper meets my high expectations. I may be looking at a Piranha bar in the future.

I bought this ripper to remove stumps with my L2501. I am impressed with the overall construction, and I am thrilled with the performance. I used it to remove a 24" maple stump and I got it out by pulling the roots around the outside little by little. Overall it took about 15-20 minutes at best. I dug around a similar stump for 2 hours with the stock bucket. The amount of force it transmits into the tip is unbelievable and I am confident it will last as long as I own the machine. For the price, this is a must-have for your tractor.

This is a beast! I wish my 2301 had a bit more power to keep up with the Ripper. The quality of BXPanded products are insane, I am very sure it will last at least as long as the tractor. Thanks for another great product!

Bxpanded, I am extremely happy with my recent purchase of a back hoe ripper and quick coupler for my Kubota tractor. I received a BX model ripper by mistake and it was installed on my BH77 hoe. I knew it was not correct fitment, but put it to work anyway. 14 ash stumps ranging from 8 in to 14” were removed in 5 hours running time, likely reducing time by 50% over standard bucket. BXpanded is sending the correct ripper which is bigger, I can’t wait to try it.

Finally got to try my "ripper" out. Used it on an oak tree stump. A few minutes of work and the stump was removed. Also dug out the roots I could find. Almost too easy. I continued "conditioning" the soil surrounding what was now a hole in the ground, then smoothing everything out nice and level with the front loader. Been driving around that stump for years, but now I don't have to. I also used the ripper to yank some rather large rocks out of the ground. Very impressive addition to my BH77 backhoe, and the Quick-On connector makes switching backhoe implements very quick and easy. Don't leave this website without them.

Wow this tool really focuses the power of my BX25’s backhoe and rips stumps and roots out with ease. It’s can tear through roots forward and back. Works really well with backhoe thumb to pick stuff up like logs, stumps and roots.

This ripper tooth has been a lifesaver. I have many trees on my property and when trenching and roots are in the way this solves the problem. Not to mention the BXpanded quick connect I bought for my Kubota BH 77 just pull one pin and your changing attachments. I would recommend this to anyone.

I own a 2013 Kubota B2920 BH65 backhoe with Kubota non mechanical thumb. Purchased quick on and ripper could not be more impressed. Perfect fitment easy install great quality product. Watch the YouTube videos and do your research. This makes YOUR machine more versatile this does not automatically make YOU a better operator!

I will have to wait until the ground thaws and the backhoe goes back on but the welds look great along with rest of what looks like a quality assembly. Of note the order was confirmed on 11-27 and shipped on 12-21, very quick.

Gets roots and stumps with ease basically anything smaller than 18in in diameter only takes a few minutes to remove a stump. Great addition to my BH77.

This ripper tooth has been an absolutely great tool for around my house and business. Cuts through roots, and pulls out stumps so easily! My brother and father are going to get one for each of their tractors. I definitely recommend this product! Well worth it!

I was eager to try the ripper on a stump I've been mowing around for years, it came out so fast it took more time for me to hook it to the tractor and get to the stump than it took to yank it out. I was looking for other stuff to dig out because it was fun! the bucket would have left a huge hole, the ripper barely made a mess, used a garden rake to cover it up. glad I bought it. the quick attach is great also, makes it easy to switch.
